The Improv Shop
The Improv Shop Diversity Scholarship Application
In our efforts to create an inclusive environment that reflects the diversity of the St. Louis community, we invite you to apply for an Improv Shop scholarship. At this moment in time we are seeking applicants who are people of color (POC) and/or identify as LGBTQ.
How it works: All qualifying applicants will be entered into a pool. Out of that pool, we will randomly select our scholarship recipients. All qualifying applicants are given equal weight in the selection process. For April 2018 classes, there are two scholarships available for POC and two scholarships available for LGBTQ folks. If you hold both identities you will be entered for both scholarships. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions about the scholarship or the selection process.
In the future we hope to give out scholarships to folks with disabilities. We are currently building capacity to accommodate performers with disabilities.
